The traditional OLGIS program leads to higher education apprenticeships or employment. Our well-rounded graduates acquire a broad educational background that prepares them to get into the top universities worldwide. Our Advanced Placement (AP) program challenges our students to excel in their studies and encourages both personal and academic achievement. Our aim is to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring individuals who are motivated to succeed not only in their careers but also in their personal lives.

In addition, a 90-hour yearly project must be completed in each of 10th, 11th and 12th Grade for a total of 270 hours. This includes community service, volunteer work, career exploration, and cultural exchange programs.
B. The student must achieve a minimum cumulative average of 60% for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades in order to obtain the school recommendation for university.
C. All 12th grade students must have taken one standardized achievement test (ACT or SAT) and have the results sent to OLGIS before the end of January of their 12th grade year.
D. Academic honesty is expected of all OLGIS students.
E. Students must live with at least one parent or guardian in order to attend classes at OLGIS.

PS. The letter grade “I” means “incomplete.” This grade may appear on periodic report cards. Within two weeks, the grade will be changed to a passing or failing letter grade, depending on the student’s fulfillment of inadequacies.
G. Grade 12 students are encouraged to apply to a maximum of three universities. Any student wishing to apply to more than three universities will be charged $15 for each additional application.
